Return Policy:

 You may return your items for an exchange (minus shipping fees and 30% restocking fee).

  1. Call us or email us at jaksflowergirldresses within 24 hours of receipt of package.
  2. Special Orders including colors or sizing are Non-Refundable.
  3. Please return your items within 5 days from original delivery, or sales are considered final.
  4. Merchandise must be unworn.  Returned merchandise will be inspected.
  5. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility.  We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping, so please insure them.
