A knee length modified mermaid style satin and chiffon cocktail dress featuring a strapless sweetheart neckline and a silk sash tied under the bust. The dress is fitted until below the hips and then flares out into a knee length skirt that is draped with an outer tulle layer. A few inches at the bottom of the skirt are laced.
