A classy little number! Rosette covered bodice on a four-layer full skirt.
The rosettes are lightly frayed on the edges. Hard to see. The top skirt
layer is sheer for added drama. The next layer is a satiny black, then a
layer of net crinoline to give fullness and then a white satiny layer of
lining so her legs won't be scratched by the crinoline. The sequin "belt" at
the waist and pearl & rhinestone-centered flower add a bit of dazzle! The
sequins reflect a rainbow of colors when you move them around. Very pretty!
The back has a sheer, tie sash at the waist to finish it off.
